Their process begins by growing carefully hand-selected strains of the highest-grade cannabis in their modern facility. Once the plant is ready for harvest the flower is dried and then cured using their patented drying hooks. After this process is complete, the flower is sent to their hand trimmers. They claim that their hand trimmers ensure that none of the product’s integrity is lost, which may happen with machine trimmers. Finally, the product is taken to their extraction lab where extraction specialists make their artisan concentrates.
The head of the company is James Stephenson who has years of management and entrepreneurial experience from both small and mid-level corporations. His marketing expertise has helped numerous companies with their marketing efforts, leading to over $100 million in revenue since 2000. He then spent over two years studying and training with designers and engineers to learn the latest building and operational techniques for indoor commercial grow operations.
His brother, Patrick Stephenson, is the Chief Operating Officer and Chief Cultivator. He has had experience treating his own medical problems with cannabis and believes that the best quality cannabis is needed for the maximum benefits. He has over fifteen years of experience researching cannabis and has run multiple grows in Colorado for the last six years.
