PDX Organics is a hand crafted cannabis producer that was established in 2013. Tony and Dawson, two passionate growers who enjoyed a great deal of success on the individual level, founded it.
They both believe that cannabis can be a force for good and that it can “accentuate the best parts of life”. Their shared believes led to them working together as they believe that together they can be more effective and that by combining their collective expertise and knowledge they can produce higher quality products.
Tony and Dawson say that they wish to help their friends, family, and wider community have access to all of the benefits of medical marijuana completely legally. It is a firm belief of theirs that medical cannabis should be readily available to those who need it. Since they established PDX Organics they have been growing legal medical cannabis under the approval of Oregon’s medical marijuana program. This has allowed them to create “meaningful relationships” with their patients, consumers, and retailers, and has given them first-hand experience of the benefits of treating people with cannabis.
While they began as medical marijuana growers, over time their floor space has grown to allow them to produce more plants. They have used this space to expand to an OLCC Licensed production company. They work tirelessly to ensure that they are always in compliance with county and state regulatory agencies and by doing this they have been able to stay up to date with the emerging industry.
In all stages of production, they aim to go above and beyond the minimum requirements. They are continually updating their strain selection from both popular and emerging genetic lines and searching for the best strains to satisfy customers’ needs.
They grow small batches by hand and take time over each plant to bring out its best qualities. They then pay close attention to optimal drying times, ideal curing conditions, and consistent trimming standards.
Their products are then lab tested to make sure that they are safe and of the highest quality. Each batch is sent to a state certified testing lab to measure cannabinoid content and ensure that there are no chemical contaminants, bacteria or mold.
