Maui Waui was first an outdoor grow on the island of Maui and it soon spread across almost all of the Hawaiian Islands. However, the strain’s exact genetics are not known. In fact, the strain should only be grown in a tropical climate as that way it is resistant to moulds, mildew and disease.
