Akana Westing is a company based in California founded in 2016 that specialize in producing spreadable edibles. A group of three friends that came from backgrounds in agriculture, chemistry and engineering, all of whom have strong values based in health, nutrition and cooking, started the company.
They used this to start producing superior edible products. They offer extremely high quality medical edibles for patients using simple, locally sourced ingredients that they combine with hand-selected cannabis in small batches. Akana Westing believes that cannabis has an unfairly bad reputation, especially considering that there is mounting evidence for its healing properties and numerous benefits for the body, mind and spirit. They hope that through respectful use of their products, attitudes will begin to change and more people will come to understand the benefits of responsible cannabis consumption.
