Apple Sherbet is a sativa-dominant hybrid cannabis strain that is about 30% indica 70% sativa. It originate from the original popular Sherbet strain but very little is known about its origins.
When smoked it produces an uplifting high and a burst of energy that will leave you feeling motivated. It is ideal for daytime use when you have a list of things to be done. The high starts with a wave of happiness that soon becomes euphoric and in social situations it can make people very chatty and giggly. Apple Sherbet has a cheese-like aroma with strong hints of apples. When burnt the apple smell becomes particularly prominent and the smoke is very light, making it easy to smoke even for newcomers. The flavors are very similar to the smell and it leaves a sweet aftertaste, similar to real sherbet.
The plant’s leaves are thin with light green coloring and are covered with orange pistils. The plants reach an average height and are considered moderately difficult to grow. The optimal temperature is between 70 to 80 degrees, but it can be grown indoors. The plants take a while to flower, normally around 10 to 14 weeks, so it is not ideal for those in a rush. However, you can expect a higher than average sized yield. It is possible to purchase the seeds and the plant can also be grown from clippings.
