Bazooka Joe G is a very evenly balanced hybrid cannabis strain that was developed by the highly respected Archive Seed Bank. It is a relatively famous strain that is thought to have originated in California in the 1990s and it is a cross between Indiana Bubblegum and Face Off OG BX1.
The Indiana Bubblegum strain is well known for its bubble-gum cotton candy sweetness and when crossed with the Face Off OG BX1, this flavour has become even more pronounced and is accompanied by hints of acrid lime funk. The strain has average THC levels of anywhere between 15% and 23%, making it potent, but not insanely so.
When smoked, the high from Bazooka Joe G is strong and euphoric. It is described as a clean and uplifting high. Many have reported that it can help them with fatigue, but interestingly some also report laziness as a side effect. It has also been known to help with anxiety. As with all cannabis strains, it is best to try it for yourself and gradually increase the dosage. However, there is general consensus that this strain can be enjoyed at any time of day or night.
The Bazooka Joe G plant is very branchy and it produces heavy buds. It is considered moderately difficult to grow, so may not be ideal for newcomers. However, it can be grown indoors and outdoors. Indoors, it will take around 65 days to flower and it produces an above average yield, so it is well worth the effort.
